Artists are invited to paint in Hillsborough on the grounds of private historic homes made possible by special effort of a town citizen and artist. Hillsborough was founded in 1754 and home of the North Carolina state legislature during the American Revolution.
There are several wonderful public locations for those who might like to linger longer in this truely inspiring locale.
